Here’s one of Amelia’s funniest poses. While learning to crawl we’d put her in this yoga position called “Downward-facing Dog” and she’d get stuck, not knowing how to bend her knees to get out of it. After a minute of this, she looked back at me between her legs with “that look.”

In Her Toy Bins

Amelia’s latest game is to empty all three of her toy bins and then play with the empty bins, ignoring her toys. She also likes empty cardboard boxes, as do all babies (and cats).
